Reporting a problem

If a figure, a company name or a listing detail on this automated site does not match what the Johannesburg Stock Exchange publishes, you are welcome to flag it once a channel exists. Point to the exact page, quote the item that looks off, and describe what you expected to see instead. The same applies to a broken layout, a link that leads nowhere or a lookup that returns no results.

What we can and cannot take on

• We can review factual entries and routing faults on the index overview and the code lookup.
• We cannot advise on anyone's portfolio, and we do not discuss individual holdings.
• We cannot assist with a broker account, orders or login issues.

No way to reach us is live yet. A form or a postal address is planned for this section, and until it appears there is nothing to send to.
